We ship globally to most countries/regions. Delivery time varies: 3-5 business days for Hong Kong; 7-12 business days for Asia-Pacific; 10-18 business days for North America, Europe, and other regions. A tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, with original tags and packaging. Custom orders (e.g., personalized sizes) are non-returnable. To start a request, contact our customer service with your order number.​

After your order is dispatched, we’ll email a tracking link. You can also enter your order number and email on our “Track Order” page to check status.​
