If your area is temporarily unavailable, our customer service team will notify you within 24 hours of your order placement.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on your location, and all estimates are calculated from the date your order is dispatched (not the date of purchase). We strive to process and ship all standard orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays). Below are typical delivery windows for key regions:

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method (standard or expedited). At checkout, you will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Expedited shipping is available for urgent orders at an additional cost (typically 50% more than standard shipping), reducing delivery time by 3–5 days for most regions. To select expedited shipping, simply choose the option at checkout.
